At Cecil & Lou, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items back into the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
